Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic and efficient Customer Service
Representative to join our Call Center team. This position is
well-suited for a person with a positive and professional attitude who
genuinely enjoys talking to customers on the phone and finding
solutions for customer issues. The successful candidate will be working
a steady, Monday to Friday, dayshift with a starting base salary of
$29,000/yr and opportunities to earn significant commissions.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
-Responsible for servicing existing customers and promoting various
products and services
-Maintaining customers' accounts and managing the licenses for their
respective products through our in-house system
-Answering phones in a prompt, polite and friendly manner
-Responding to billing inquiries and resolving customer complaints
-Performing administration duties as needed

Qualifications:
-Professional phone manner
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong keyboarding and other computer skills
-A minimum of 6 months call center experience
