Customer Service Representative

This position is ideally suited for someone who understands the importance of providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for answering inquiries from customers and investigating complaints regarding the company?s goods, services and policies. Duties will also include, processing customer returns and purchase transactions quickly, up-selling. Excellent telephone manners and interpersonal manners are a must.
